Welcome

A warm and friendly welcome awaits all who visit us

Fairview House was built in 1938 as a repeater station to assist with telecommunications.
The Building was converted in the 1980's specifically to be used as a Guest House, we are currently using two en-suite bedrooms all on the ground floor. An impressive 30m conservatory was added which affords stunning country views over Nairn-shire.

We are wireless enabled so guests may use there own laptop to connect to the Internet, free of charge.

Sorry we do not allow smoking or accept Guests Pets.

We operate a, no children under 14 years of age policy.

Guests are welcome to sit and relax in the conservatory and watch the evening pass by,

Breakfast is served in the conservatory for most of the year. We have our own Chickens so your guaranteed a fresh free range egg from a happy hen for your breakfast!

The conservatory is available for Guests to relax in. After spending a £1000 on 2 quality cane suites we have still not got rid of the blue suite, Guests find it so comfortable, its a challenge not to fall asleep while relaxing! So for now the cane furniture has been moved about the house.
